Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning
Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
Preparation and tracking of lease documentation
Preparation of leasing and management reports and marketing kits.
Conduct market research on new trends
Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant management
Assist in the setting up of and overseeing related lease management systems eg setting up of Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System.
Support feasibility studies and retail functions in respect of the curated concepts.
Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in shopping mall
Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
Requirement as a CEA registered salesperson is a must
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel
