Leveraging SATS\' global network, and in collaboration with Temasek and EDB, Country Foods offers our partners and customers a one-stop go-to-market platform to bring sustainably sourced foods and solutions to Singapore and Asia.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor onsite management, incident reporting, maintenance asset management, cost management, corporate and regulatory compliance for facilities and equipment at all production plants.
• Manage team of Maintenance Technicians and Executives.
• Plan, schedule and report on maintenance activities such as preventive and corrective maintenance, manpower, maintenance spending. Ensure all documentation and records are in place and aligned across the different locations.
• Responsible for all technical specifications of equipment and engineering aspects of building and ground.
• Work with Production and Quality Assurance to resolve operational issues.
• Responsible for data analysis report on equipment breakdown and manpower utilised for resource optimization.
• OEE Reporting
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure necessary stock level is available.
• Conduct regular stock count in compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and necessary programs to ensure staff competency, workplace safety, corporate and statutory requirements.
• Interface with external and internal auditors on facilities and maintenance-related audits.
• Support engineering projects.
• Any other duties as required by Reporting Officer.

• Degree with a year relevant experience or Polytechnic Diploma with eight years relevant experience
• Facilities and Equipment maintenance for commercial/industrial buildings/factories
• Experience with quality management systems, HACCP, WSH requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), ERP system
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
