- Senior/Executive Facilities Operation
- Location: Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore
- Basic Salary: $3700 - $5000 (Based on experience)
- Completion Bonus!
- Long term contract, convertible!
- Degree and/or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities, Building or any related field
- Candidates with/without experience welcome to apply
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours
- Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Support Ops Manager in managing operations and maintenance
- Managing maintenance works
- Prepare & supervise expenses for the operations needs
- Assisting asset, renovation and promotional activities
- Liaise with several department to expedite the work process
- Lead and manage technicians to achieve the required standard process
- Ad-hoc duties will be assigned
