Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:This position is to drive collaborations across internal and external stakeholders by harmonizing motivations and requirements, enabling the smooth delivery of ActiveSG offerings to the citizens and ensuring that the outcomes and impact of ActiveSG deliverables can support V2030R narratives and vision. Role and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To work in partnership with zones and support the design of ActiveSG programmes to deliver SportSG\'s key strategies, narratives, outcomes and impact. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure implementation of initiatives in accordance to intended deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 To understand initiatives across zones, assess utility and facilitate alignment across ActiveSG content implementation plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the development of ActiveSG key events framework and facilitate the alignment of such events within the ActiveSG programme and content strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the events taskforce for the design and execution of selected key events. \xe2\x80\xa2 To drive and execute events, from design and planning, allocation of resources and manpower to actual execution and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the development of communications strategy across ASG initiatives and events \xe2\x80\xa2 To understand customer wants and needs and build ActiveSG offerings based on consumer insights and feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 To gain mindshare from customer groups and relevant stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 To track effectiveness of comms efforts and adapt plans to maximise resultsWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in programme development and management, sport event strategy, strategic planning, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to consider a wide range of internal and external variables that will influence planning outcomes and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to deal with complexity and rapid changes in the overall environment especially in navigating the Strategy-Ops Nexus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a strategic and growth mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to proactively manage priorities and relationships and people in order to effectively drive projects forward. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to facilitate the generation of solutions to complex issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical skills and good business acumen, \xe2\x80\xa2 Has good organisational, management and administrative skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Has good verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work under pressure The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
