- Senior Executive/ Manager, Leasing
Overview:
You will be a part of the Business Park & Industrial Leasing team based in Singapore; responsible for leasing activities, and formulating and executing leasing strategies for Workspace properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio.
This position calls for a commercially driven professional with a diverse industry network and experience in leasing or marketing. Highly sensitive to what is happening in the real estate market, you will identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. You will report to the Assistant Vice President, Leasing.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential tenants and conducting site viewing, dealing with any follow-ups required
- Lead any negotiations with new leases of renewals, portfolios, consolidations, and expansions of building clusters
- Translating leads into deals to close
- Cross-selling products and developing new business opportunities for clients and business partners.
- Working alongside asset managers to maximize building occupancy/ revenue
- Work and develop with the marketing team to implement strategies
- Monitor market trends of supply & demand of business spaces
- Building networking channels with agents & tenants
- You will be represented as the "Brand Ambassador" to enhance brand equity.
- Degree in Real Estate and possessing at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
- You should have an extensive network of contacts and a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
