Job Description

This position is for Phoenix Commercial Pte Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager, Marketing Communication to conceptualize and execute Advertising & Promotional (A&P) initiatives and campaigns and Pasir Ris Mall to drive shopper traffic and sales
• Build and maintain good relations and tenants and garner tenants\' participation in the mall\'s marketing campaigns and activities.
• Create, update and manage contents on various communication channels such as the mall\'s website, directories, digital and social media platforms.
• Proactively market, lease and manage advertising spaces, event spaces and push carts.
• Collaborate with Group Marcom for group-wide marcom initiatives and loyalty rewards program
• Provide customer service support and ensure shopper enquiries and complaints are attended to in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with agencies, contractors and event companies for executive of marketing campaigns and production of collaterals.
• Assist in managing and tracking of marketing budget.
• Conduct post campaign analysis and analyse effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Provide other administrative and operational support to the Marcom team, when required.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferably in a shopping mall, retail or ad agency environment

• Experience in using design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be a plus point.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills with experience in a deadline-driven environment
• Highly energetic, mature, self-motivated and a creative team player with a keen eye for details
• Good written and spoken communication skills
