SENIOR EXECUTIVE, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to customers and stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Plan and manage the production of company\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met

• Coordination of events advertising and promotional programmes

• Plan and manage advertising materials or related communication activities such as product launches

• Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness

• Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner

• Conceptualize presentations where required

• Plan and coordinate trade events and trade shows

• Plan and schedule of social media / website

• Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations

• Plan, schedule and maintain content of Maxzi.sg

• Assist Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager
  

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Familiarity with various social media platforms

• Excellent written English skills

• Competence in operating Mac OS

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Strong presentation skills

• Knowledge of paid ads will be an added advantage
