The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Job Duties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Provide brand guardianship and marketing lead for the company and its parks.\xc2\xb7 Lead, conceptualise, plan and execute various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company and its parks.\xc2\xb7 Supervise all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, approval process, timelines, contingency planning, analysis and reporting - to deliver quality outcomes and outputs.\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, such as events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders, to deliver key campaigns and projects.\xc2\xb7 Work effectively with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.\xc2\xb7 Work effectively with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor marketing budget to achieve optimal returns.\xc2\xb7 Secure and negotiate marketing partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.\xc2\xb7 Work on special projects when assigned.\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.Job Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industries.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Result-oriented and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Analytical, highly-organised and meticulous.\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently while being a good team player.Specialization : Marketing
