Create transformative marketing experiences using technology
Design integrated campaigns, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Develop processes for efficient marketing requests handling, collaborating with clinical leads, head of departments and corporate services team
Create dashboards for performance tracking and ensure campaign optimization
Manage and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies
Conduct market research to inform strategies, develop and implement strategies to add value to organizational campaigns
Support and implement marketing and communications plan required to raise company\'s profile
Conducting market research and analysis to inform our strategies
Plan campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media advertising, marketing collateral, and new tactics to drive awareness, and build brand advocacy
Collaborate across teams to implement integrated campaigns and events from planning to implementation, managing deliverables while gaining insight and analysing performance metrics
Build processes for efficiently handling marketing requests across teams
Attend to paperwork and administrative briefs to ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Proficiency in communications, marketing, and program development
Strong analytical skills for performance metrics and campaign optimization
Ability to create and manage content across multiple channels
Organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills
