We are a hub of knowledge and innovation, attracting healthcare professionals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making significant contributions to the field.About Department and Purpose of the PositionThe Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for the execution of operational tasks to the assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, work processes and learning & growth perspectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Involve actively to understand and improve daily operations of the assigned service point(s), partnering relevant stakeholders to resolve system and process issues including but not limited to patient experience, patient and staff safety, registration, admission, wait time, decanting/right siting of patient, bed tight situation and financial counselling/billing enquiries.
  • Responsible to work with relevant stakeholders for the efficient functioning of administrative and operational processes within the National University Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS).
  • Organize the requirements from doctors, nurse managers, and relevant stakeholders to support the operations lead in establishing procurement contracts or purchase orders for the supply of consumables, implants, and equipment used by the NUHCS team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among administrative, NUHCS clinical team and support departments.
  • Responsible to work with relevant stakeholders in addressing concerns and resolving feedback from patient related to billing issues.
  • Provide support to the entire work planning and budgeting process of the assigned service point(s) from development till implementation/execution.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Kept abreast with hospital\'s policy & procedure and support the dissemination and/or implementation of work processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Participate or organize staff wellbeing, celebration, departmental or institutional events.
Personal Responsibilities
  • Apply oneself to the job, continually upgrade oneself, live up to the Hospital\'s core values.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
  • Analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Have practical knowledge of hospital operations.
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Preference with two years\' working experience
  • Able to work well with different groups of staff, demonstrate team spirit.
  • Positive, motivated, able to manage pressure, takes initiative.
  • Is service oriented and customer focused.
