Job Title: Senior/ Executive, Orthopaedic Surgery

You will assist the HOD, Programme Director and Programme Manager in providing operational, administrative, financial and project management support to mainly the Spine Care in The Community (SpineCom) Programme in JurongHealth Campus.

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Assist and support Programme Director, Programme Manager and the respective Clinician Leads in the implementation, development and management of the programme.
• Coordinate care across the various care settings and act as patient advocate (including patient education) in the close working relationship between patients, hospital and NUHS PCN partners.
• Organise case discussion and ensure patient appointment arrangement are appropriately documented in the systems.
• Provide timely project management support to the assigned projects (including timely follow-up on action plans).
• Facilitate in the expansion of new initiatives/ clinical services related to the programme.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate in the engagement sessions, publicity activities and collaboration efforts between hospital and the external partners (e.g.: NUHS PCN GPs/GPs, Polyclinics and patients).
• Track and monitor the performance of the programme.
• Support data management, report analysis and performance management of the programme and assigned project.
• Maintain good communication skills and work effectively with key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (e.g.: NUHS PCN GPs/ GPs and patients).
• Provide administrative and secretariat support as assigned.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor\'s Degree from a recognised university.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably from the service/ healthcare related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of statistics.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal relations skills.
