Job Scope:
- Coordinate various publicity and promotional activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conceptualize, plan and execute engagement and outreach programmes such as talks, workshops, orientation events, etc.
- Source for quotes and manage vendors.
- Launch publicity campaigns via both physical and social media platforms to increase programme awareness and participation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
- 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays) & 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
- Minimum Degree in any field.
- Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
- 2-3 years of experience in programme planning / event coordination.
