Job Description

This role will devise partnership strategies to drive onboarding of merchants and partners to B2B2C marketplaces/ e-commerce platforms in the experience, tour and travel sectors. Candidate will work closely with the Partnership & Business Development Senior Lead Specialist to identify, build and manage the lead generation process and pipelines, identify and secure high potential B2B customers and merchants. The role will also involve acquisition and project management of key union channels. He or she must be comfortable to prospect clients, networking, accounts acquisition & growth.

• Work closely with Director in identifying new business verticals and in leads acquisition
• Secure sales and partnerships for key campaigns and online events
• Prospect leads, opportunities and sales
• Attend networking events
• Conceptualise, prepare and present pitches to key partners and clients
• Support in executing sales plan
• Meet assigned KPIs and targets

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field of study
• Minimum 3 years in B2B partners and merchant onboarding with a proven track record, ideally in e-Commerce/ Online marketplace
• People and customer oriented
• Strong written, presentation and oral communications skills
• Possess strong business/ partner networks, especially in travel and leisure sectors
• Numbers driven and strong analytical skill
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
• Background in digital/ e commerce/ online marketplaces environment
