Job Description


:National Gallery Singapore is seeking a passionate and driven individual to be part of the Partnership Development team to support fundraising efforts, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Stewardship
  • Support donor stewardship efforts for Key Partners, Festival & Programme partners and Grant Providers to ensure fulfilment of obligations, nurture relationships and generate continued support.
  • Support regular communications to Key Partners, Festival & Programme partners and Grant Providers, including preparation of post-exhibition and gift impact reports.
  • Lead on-site logistical support for Partners\' events including tours, on-site activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Lead update of Partnership Developments\' CRM platforms to ensure timely update of donor information, donor analytics and identification of prospects.
  • Support product champions in prospect research, identification of leads and updating prospect list.
  • Administration
  • Support the team in the tracking of grants and donations to track accurate utilisation and recognition.
  • Support monitoring and tracking the division\'s budget, prepare records for internal reporting and audit checks
  • Support Division procurement, including procuring quotes and approvals, issuing of purchase orders (POs), and tallying and tracking of PO-related matters for Division\'s activities and events
  • General Partnership Development
  • Undertake secretarial duties and administrative support for the Gallery\'s Board Development Committee meetings
  • Support PD\'s donor cultivation and stewardship events
  • Execute other ad hoc duty to further the goals of Partnership Development Division where appropriate
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, in finance, accounts, administration, grant management or philanthropy. Experience with corporate sector and grant management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working across departments
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented who excels at building relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt to different communication styles and engage with individuals from various backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, if required
  • High level of discretion, integrity and honesty in all interactions
