Senior Executive, Port & Terminal Procurement
Job Description
As part of the Port & Terminal Procurement team you will be involved in the following: Responsibilities: Source, evaluate and select vendor for container terminal and port marine services procurement Performs total costs analysis , monitor rebates/discounts, volume and trend reporting and budgeting Monitor business performance analysis to provide meaningful information for effective and optimum business decision making Monitor KPIs of agency performance on procurement matters, work with agencies to achieve and improve KPI Engagement with vendors and agencies on issues and resolutions Manage vendor agreements and stakeholders management , including with operations ,marine insurance, legal , trade and network teams, for contracts reviews Active participation and contributions to assigned projects, including preparation of presentation materials Other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent. 3 - 5 years relevant experience in shipping lines set-up Resilient, driven and results focus and able to work in a fast pace environment Good analytical skills with good command of communication Proficiency in Microsoft applications with strong excel skills ( Pivot tables, Vlookup) Experience in Tableau an advantage
