Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and select vendor for container terminal and port marine services procurement
• Performs total costs analysis , monitor rebates/discounts, volume and trend reporting and budgeting
• Monitor business performance analysis to provide meaningful information for effective and optimum business decision making
• Monitor KPIs of agency performance on procurement matters, work with agencies to achieve and improve KPI
• Engagement with vendors and agencies on issues and resolutions
• Manage vendor agreements and stakeholders management , including with operations ,marine insurance, legal , trade and network teams, for contracts reviews
• Active participation and contributions to assigned projects, including preparation of presentation materials
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in shipping lines set-up
• Resilient, driven and results focus and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Good analytical skills with good command of communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications with strong excel skills ( Pivot tables, Vlookup)
• Experience in Tableau an advantage
