Description
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the average Singaporean lifestyle.
Details of responsibilities include:
- Provide support in contract management, preparation of tenders, project schedules and budgets and maintaining contractual records
- Liaison with the relevant agency in the publishing of tenders opportunities and uploading related documentation
- Provide administrative support to the department\'s budgetary management and reporting
- Provide project support particularly in processing procurement, documentation upkeep and secretariat duties for project meetings
- Provide support to strengthen contract processes
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project or Construction Management related or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in areas of procurement, managing tendering process and contract management preferably in a pubic sector domain
- Good understanding of procurement policies and industries\' best practices
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Independent, meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong in analytical skills and able to communicate effectively
- Able to work with management and staff of all levels
- Meticulous, resourceful, and innovative with a positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
