Manage end-to-end cycle of recruitment activities:
Prepare and post job advertisement at appropriate employment advertising portals
Source candidates through job portals
Screen qualified candidates\xe2\x80\x99 resumes and job applications
Coordinate interviews arrangements
Conduct background/reference checks for prospective candidates
Prepare salary proposals through various benchmarking methods in consultation with HRBP and seek management\xe2\x80\x99s approval
Make salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
Ensure candidates\xe2\x80\x99 applications and documents are complete for subsequent review by business units
Coordinate and manage candidate applications and queries across business units, working closely with stakeholder including but not limited to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
Perform update of candidates\xe2\x80\x99 profile and hiring records in system
Support other adhoc assignments/projects undertaken by the team
Requirements
Diploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, OR
Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Able to handle high volume of transactional work
Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
Proficient in WorkDay Recruitment Module is an advantage
