Job Requirements and Qualifications:

At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a supply chain/logistics related role
Proficient in MS Office applications & reporting tools
Experience using logistics management system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage parts return process, including CORE, Claim, PSL parts.
Handle the delivery discrepancy disputes (NCP cases) from vendor returns
Handle return inquiries from customers, vendors and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
Steer the battery core management process and liaise with HQ for necessary actions
Prepare KPI analysis & evaluation and provide management reports
Ensure process documents and records of the responsible areas for quality audit
