Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a supply chain/logistics related role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & reporting tools
  • Experience using logistics management system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage parts return process, including CORE, Claim, PSL parts.
  • Handle the delivery discrepancy disputes (NCP cases) from vendor returns
  • Handle return inquiries from customers, vendors and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
  • Steer the battery core management process and liaise with HQ for necessary actions
  • Prepare KPI analysis & evaluation and provide management reports
  • Ensure process documents and records of the responsible areas for quality audit
