Your responsibilities will include
- Manage parts return process, including CORE, Claim, PSL parts.
- Handle the delivery discrepancy disputes (NCP cases) from vendor returns
- Handle return inquiries from customers, vendors and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
- Steer the battery core management process and liaise with HQ for necessary actions
- Prepare KPI analysis & evaluation and provide management reports
- Ensure process documents and records of the responsible areas for quality audit
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a supply chain/logistics related role
- Proficient in MS Office applications & reporting tools
- Experience using logistics management system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills
