The SingHealth Operational Technology team provides comprehensive support for Medical Devices and Operational Technology Systems (MDOTS) and SingHealth managed systems. With accelerated digitalisation and rapid adoption of advanced healthcare technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence, healthcare consumerism is evolving, with operational technology being a key solution to meet future healthcare demands and transformation. The role involves overseeing security and compliance aspects of procurement, evaluation and deployment of cluster/entity managed information and communications technology/operational technology solutions through successful project delivery within SingHealth, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and processes.



As the Senior/Executive (Security and Compliance) for the Healthcare Information Technology Security Office team, you will be responsible for:


Implementing a systematic process to evaluate Medical Devices and Operational Technology Systems' Security & Compliance vulnerabilities and execute risk mitigation activities Providing essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risks to organisational operations and medical devices across SingHealth Providing consultation and advice to SingHealth institutions regarding Healthcare Information Management compliance to ensure alignment with security policies and standards Establishing processes and frameworks to monitor and track compliance and deviations Overseeing regular checks to ensure compliance post-implementation and during operations Managing Security & Compliance related incidents with respect to Medical Devices and Operational Technology Systems, conducting timely root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions and preventing recurrence Participating in strategic initiatives or ad-hoc projects when required

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent Experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Executive position Experience and knowledge of Healthcare/Government IT, Security and Procurement policies and best practices Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA or COMIT Demonstrated proficiency in cybersecurity and Internet of Things/Internet of Medical Things and their interrelation Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making and conceptualisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work independently Req ID: 4145
