You will work closely with clinical teams, department heads, and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements, spearhead innovative strategies, and adapt to rapid technological advancements.Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)1. OperationsPlan, coordinate and support the operations of assigned imaging modalities.Review and update policies and workflows in partnership with clinical team recommending processes and controls to improve and optimize efficiency, utilisation, and service delivery.Coordinate and manage assigned projects to minimize disruption and ensure the continued delivery of imaging services to the hospital.2. Business ManagementMonitor operational budgets, analyze expenditure trends and utilization data to optimize resource allocationEnable data-driven and cost-conscious utilization of resources across assigned modalities through guidance and budget oversightAssist the section head to formulate plans and strategies to steer the department towards better and improved services and at the same time keep abreast with rapid technology advancement and external competitionSecondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)1. Service and Patient ExperienceOversee and drive \xe2\x80\x9cIncredible Service\xe2\x80\x9d initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience continually and communicationsWork with Section Head to drive communications and initiatives between hospital leadership and front-counter staff2. OthersSupervise and guide junior staff where appropriateRender administrative and professional support to clinical projects or hospital projects in collaboration with clinical or project teamPerform any other duties as assigned by reporting officerRequirementsBachelor\'s DegreeAt least 2 years of relevant working experience within the healthcare industryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
