Job Description
Service Operations
- To support the three community hospitals (CHs) in aligning to SingHealth Community Hospital (SCH)s strategic directions, he/she will:
- Facilitate quality improvement (QI) related workshops.
- Work with stakeholders across the three CHs to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives through excellent project management and the use of suitable methodologies and tools i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA/PDSA.
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure conformance to MOH Licensing (PHMC), and other relevant standards.
- Involve in the planning, conducting, following-up and closure of internal audit findings.
- A good Bachelors degree (Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business with major in Operations Management preferred)
- Preferably with minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare environment.
- Good analytical, communication (interpersonal), presentation, and writing skills
- Experience and skills in project management.
Salary: $3500 - $4400
SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) oversees the management of the three Community Hospitals under the SingHealth cluster - Bright Vision Hospital, Sengkang Community Hospital and Outram Community Hospital coming up in 2020. SCH aims to deliver a seamless and integrated care path for patients requiring sub-acute, rehabilitation and palliative care. The focus is to bring value-driven outcomes for patients and set new standards of care for community hospitals. SCH is supported by the medical expertise and research capabilities of the SingHealth-Duke NUS Academic Medical Centre.
