Design, develop and manage study visits and training programmes for international delegates of the assigned countries/region
Conduct research on regions, countries and institutions
Network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
Involvement in administrative duties, project management and business development work
This role is a mix of Learning & Development as well as International Relations as the officer will be required to plan programmes and liaise with international delegates from the SEA region. There will be a bit of travelling involved for programmes overseas.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of Learning and Development preferred.
Open to fresh grads, with relevant L&D/International Relations/Political Science work experience or qualifications.
Relevant experience in L&D, IR, facilitation or programme planning. Being ACTA/ACLP certified would also be an added advantage.
Confident, diplomatic, and good interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused.
Strong interest and knowledge of Singapore Government and current affairs.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively internally with the team and with external partners.
