Assist the Manager in the set-up of the telecommunications and telephony infrastructure for the Organisation and its Contact Centre. Introduce new digital self-service tools and transform the Customer Engagement and Experience within Healthcare Setting.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES`
Unified Communications and PABX
Subject Matter Expert for CISCO Unified Communications Manager (\xe2\x80\x9cCUCM\xe2\x80\x9d) and Unified Contact Centre Express (\xe2\x80\x9cUCCX\xe2\x80\x9d), and/or VERINT Recording System.
Support and manage day to day operations. Provide user support for incidents related to CISCO CUCM, UCCX and VERINT, Wallboard, SMS, CRM/CTI and related matters. Escalate issues to vendors or network team, as required.
Support the Vulnerability Patching of CISCO Unified Communications, VERINT Recording System and other related systems.
Participate in the set-up of testing on UAT and Production environments.
Perform Telephony Move, Add, Change, Delete for organisation.
Responsible for team\'s quick response time to users\' applications, requests, and enquiries, concerning IP Telephony.
Responsible for managing the inventory and master list of over 2000 units of IP phones.
Responsible for Asset Management and Audit, forecasting budget and purchase of end point devices.
Telecommunications
Familiar with the Singapore Telecommunications and network systems.
Coordinate with vendor(s) to handle order placement, billing, and administrative matters.
Oversee the master database for mobile devices inventory.
Perform telephone trunk lines and DDI inventory. Support site analysis.
Ensure devices are enrolled to Mobile Device Management Programme for security reasons.
General
Participate in the annual and ongoing budgeting for telephony components.
To review workflow and processes, including Standard Work Procedures and Work Instructions.
Perform secretariat duties.
Assist in planning of department and corporate events.
Explore and implement cost saving and environmental-friendly measures.
Perform other duties as requested.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in IT/Telecommunications/ Engineering from a recognized institution
At least 1-2 years of hands on, technical experience in the implementation and migration of enterprise VoIP telephony for Executive. At least 2-3 years of hands on, technical experience in the implementation and migration of enterprise VoIP telephony for Senior Executive
Relevant experience in CISCO Telephony platform including recorders, supporting 50-seater Contact Centres.
Knowledge in Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery in Unified Communications and Contact Centre
Working knowledge of Cellular devices from android to IOS units
Professional License (if any)
Accreditation in CISCO IP Telephony preferred
