Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results everyday.
Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ from customers and vendors
• Meet cost and service objectives with increasing operations agility, optimize domestic transportation flow
• Participate in partner selection and collaborate with procurement in selection of most suitable commercial propositions
• Analyse service providers' performance and ensure SLA are met
• Lead resolutions on transport related issues, facilitate improvement action plans with relevant parties
• Oversee logistics planning and execution
• Support quality assurance matters and ensure that gaps in customers experience are addressed
• Handle Health and Safety monitoring and assurance
• Follow up on incident reporting with closing of claims

• Min Diploma in Logistics Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Transport, freight forwarding related industry
• Strong knowledge in transportation daily operations and exposure to 3PL industry
• Has experience in managing P&L, billing and reconciliation.
• Good problem solving skills with positive attitude
