Job Description

:The Role

• Support financing transactions and execution of loan documentation from inception to post-closing.
• Support in treasury duties, including any interest fixing, foreign exchange trades, fixed deposit placements, loan rollovers, loan drawdowns, bank account opening/closing, KYC/due diligence etc.
• Bank accounts administration: key records and conduct periodic review of banking mandates and access rights to online banking platforms in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Work with banks or internal stakeholders to resolve issues with regards to funding/treasury operations/accounting/reporting matters.
• Maintain an operation database to track of all treasury and financing activities.
• Contribute to the review of financial models for any new investments to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the computation of WACC and preparation of board paper.
• Provide support for overseas investments: Any potential divestment, inputs for annual budget, review and reporting of quarterly throughput and financial performance, assisting with documentary requirements, making travel arrangements.
• Revamp of data management for treasury matters.
• Any ad-hoc duties/projects.

The Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration/Economics/Finance from a recognized university or its equivalent.
• Candidates with no prior experience may be considered.
• A high degree of self-motivation and proactiveness to independently meet various deadlines.
• Solution-oriented thinking with high attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with ability to produce concise and well-structured written deliverables.
• Familiarity with banking procedures, and knowledge in financial markets and investment analysis/valuation will be advantageous.
