[What the role is]

This role is about developing and implementing community engagement strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns, creating content, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote Continuing Educaiton & Training (CET) programmes.

[What you will be working on]

Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote positive engagement and collaboration between TP and the community Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to engage target audiences and enhance TP Continuing Education and Training (CET)'s visibility Support in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to achieve desired objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, print, social media) to promote TP CET programmes & events Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts. Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of outreach initiatives. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.

[What we are looking for]

Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of working experience in Marketing and Communications. Self- starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with different audiences. Good understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and strategies Meticulous and resourceful Proficient in using creative tools such as Adobe creative suite, Canva. * Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
