Management & Planning * Work with agency and internal marketing teams to develop social media and content strategy * Day-to-day management of company's social media accounts * Curate content from the various Business Units an Management & Planning Work with agency and internal marketing teams to develop social media and content strategy Day-to-day management of company's social media accounts Curate content from the various Business Units and plan for the monthly social calendar Develop creative, engaging social media content and them across multiple platforms (owned and paid) Ensure timely response to queries and comments on company's social media accounts Writing and updating content for our social and content platforms Develop and manage relationships with key influencers Budget management Team management Monitoring Advise on the latest social media trends and best practices Provide a social listening monthly report on own and competitor brands Monitor and analyse SEO, community engagement and campaign results for content optimisation Moderate UGC in line with policy Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or other relevant fields Experience in marketing luxury and/or premium brands products is strongly preferred Experience creating strong, engaging content from an editorial background Experience in audience and buyer persona research Demonstrated excellence in writing for online platforms Ability to handle basic camerawork and video editing for short-form content (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram Stories) Familiar with popular social media platforms (including TikTok and YouTube) Familiar with digital publishing platforms Understand SEO and web metrics Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills Self driven and able to excel independently and also in a collaborative team environment Strong communication skills
