- 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)
\xc2\xb7 S$2,400 to S$4,400 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, VBA, Access, Power Query, etc for data analysis
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, PowerBI
- Problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python will be advantageous
The Ops Tech Specialist plays an integral role in VITAL\xe2\x80\x99s shared services team, delivering technical solutions and supporting the business with operational related investigations, application upgrades and support, optimising performance as well as business continuity planning and testing.
As the Ops Tech Specialist in VITAL, your role will encompass the following:
- Collaborate with VITAL\xe2\x80\x99s operations team to review and automate processes using Microsoft tools (VBA, Macro, Power Query) and/or developer software such as UiPath
- Review work processes and systems and recommend possible improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform business analysis and surface meaningful insights
- Prepare specification documents and user guides for users
- Manage and maintain data sets for analysis
- Identify new emerging analytical tools in the market and deploy pilot testing
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisors
