  • Show confidence in dealing with customers in different situations
  • Create a good rapport with customers by providing a positive customer experience at all times
  • Manage customers\' expectations by offering the appropriate support and/or solution
Operational
  • Manage Singapore Dollars & foreign currencies float effectively and accurately
  • Assist Teller to collect Singapore Dollar deposit and cash processing
  • Perform Teller duties if the need arises
  • Ensure accurate transaction validations are performed
  • Maintain accurate daily cash holding balances
  • Perform daily check on foreign currency stock holdings
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned
Compliance
  • Adhere to Bank / Department policy and guidelines strictly to ensure task is carried out properly
Team Work
  • Assist colleagues to achieve team goals by offering support and advice
  • Encourage and promote team work within the team
Qualifications
  • Degree in any related fields
  • 2-5 years\' relevant experience in money changing or branch operations especially in remittance, cash and foreign currencies
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent service aptitude
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and high integrity
  • Amiable, independent, reliable, efficient, willingly to learn and able to work under pressure.
