The goal is to enhance the living, comfort the dying and support the grieving with compassion and dignity. Job Summary You will be part of the HR team to create a pleasant employee experience for the staff in Dover Park Hospice through showing care and concern and efficient delivery of advice and services. This role requires you to support the Senior Manager in developing a learning culture that aligned with the Hospice's objectives and other HR functions. You will have the opportunity to be rotated to the different functions such as recruitment & onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations & wellness activities. Manage the Career Development and Learning & Development needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources Monitor of training budget to achieve resource optimization. Research and recommend relevant courses Administer all training funding and grants (e.g. VCF, CCMDA, CST and CCTG) Organize the onboarding programme Manage the overall employee life-cycle management for stakeholders. Manage / support HR Operational works i.e. preparation for HR reporting, dashboards and management of HR information in HR system. Support/ partner with business stakeholders for learning and development requirements for the Hospice Participate in HR project initiatives such as employee engagement activities, HR processes automation. Provide assistance and professional HR support to a range of HR project work. Skills and Knowledge Good knowledge of local legislation and statutory practices for both Local & Expat Employees (Singapore labour law, social security, personal income tax). Meticulous and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in dealing with employees at all levels and ability to build effective professional relationships across all departments and with external providers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience At least 2 year of experience in full spectrum of HR operations with a customer-focused approach and a track record of exceeding expectations. Experience in Training & Development would be advantageous Qualification Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/ Business
