Senior Executive/executive, Sports Club

Job Description
The position requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual to plan, oversee
and execute the activities of SPH Media's in-house sports club.
The key responsibilities include:
- Man the clubhouse counter and ensure that its regulations are being complied with.
- Perform frequent checks and ensure that the equipment/facilities within the clubhouse are in good condition and safe for use.
- Assist to prepare and send internal communicate materials (eg. Email broadcasts, posters).
- Monitor and manage the renewal and transactions of active corporate passes.
- Support the annual budget process as well as acquisition and procurement activities related to the Club.
- Coordinate and provide support in committees and annual general meetings, including recording minutes of meeting.
- Provide support in the forcasting, planning and organising of activities/events for the Club.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizing and planning skills; detailed and meticulous
- Good customer service
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
