Responsibilities .Develop volunteering programmes and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders .Conduct analysis of volunteer training needs and help develop and implement relevant training Responsibilities .Develop volunteering programmes and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders .Conduct analysis of volunteer training needs and help develop and implement relevant training content in collaboration with centre staff or external trainers. .Develop and roll out scalable engagement and community outreach projects. .Organise open houses at centres for donors, partners and potential volunteers .Work with other teams in the scoping and development of publicity materials on volunteering .Manage volunteer/donor relationships that includes regular communications, track engagements and develop engagement plan. .Develop new partnerships on volunteerism. .Manage volunteer database and provide volunteering stats/analysis .As a team player,help achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned donors and campaigns Job Requirements .Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, social sciences or business. .Minimum of 4-5 years' ofexperience in Marketing, Corporate Communications. .Experience in fundraising or volunteer management in the social service industry is an advantage .Writes and speaks well in English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. .Writing, marketing (branding, campaign development) and social media savvy .Must be people oriented .Able to do effective presentations .Proficient in MS Office
