Job Description


What the role is:Senior Executive/Student Support and Career ServicesWhat you will be working on:

  • Support the development and update of internship dashboards and facilitate the migration from SAS to Power BI \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the work with TP Enterprise Student Management System (ESMS) team in the configuration and UAT of the new internship system \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the compilation and preparation of internship statistics for management reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Support internship data analysis through data requests processing, data extraction and dissemination \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operational support and administrative services on Student Internship Programme (SIP) to the academic schools \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties assigned as and when required by the department
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an educational institution \xe2\x80\xa2 Good statistical and relevant analytical tools for data analysis, interpretation and report writing \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven and results-oriented with strong passion for qualitative and quantitative work \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills (written & spoken) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project and user management skill sets would be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in supporting IT systems would be advantageous
