Responsibilities Management of all member issues and feedback Monitoring email & emergency phone numbers (IT/maintenance/cleanliness, general feedback) Member exit checks Management of Complaint Log CRM and Coworking Space Management Software maintenance Invoicing & accounts receivable Procurement - Pantry and stationaries Document management Building management liaison IT and external vendor liaison Requirements: Min 3-4 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field Good writing skills - Attention to details Willingness to learn possess good knowledge and understanding of critical facilities, local occupational health and safety requirements and basic technical aspects Next Steps: Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
