We're partnering with a company in the tech industry and they're looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained Requests building and housekeeping services as needed Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition Arranges equipment service as needed Provide support including event management, basic housekeeping, office supplies and pantry services Participate in providing suggestions to improve processes Working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements Implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans Requirements: Min 3-4 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field Good writing skills - Attention to details Willingness to learn possess good knowledge and understanding of critical facilities, local occupational healt and safety requirements and basic technical aspects Next Steps: Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
