Senior Facilities Coordinator

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Meeting the clients\xe2\x80\x99 facilities needs

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements. Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll take part in the procurement of vendors and services from time to time.

Do you value workplace safety? If so, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a perfect fit for the job. In this role, you will ensure everyone\xe2\x80\x99s health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place and order. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be expected to carry out these procedures, as needed.

At the same time, this role puts you on the first line of defence against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures, and comply with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and strategies.

Ideal Experience

You should be a graduate in any discipline and have two to three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities management or the hospitality industry. Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is also vital for this role. If you\xe2\x80\x99re familiar with occupational safety requirements matched with strong computer literacy and the ability to manage activities using different systems, then you might be the best fit for this job.
