Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all properties in the portfolio to tenantable conditions.
- Attend, supervise, and resolve work on property repair, maintenance, common area management, and government compliance in a timely manner.
- Carry out property inspections & facility repairs, reinstatement & improvement work to ensure the property is in good condition.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is disseminated to the respective departments and management.
- Ensure all repairs, reinstatement & improvement works are done in accordance with housing laws and regulations.
- Ensure all work requisitions are properly documented with supporting documents.
- Source and expand contractors\xe2\x80\x99 database and provide quotations for all works to be carried out.
- Liaise with stakeholders for the necessary works, prompt invoicing, and collection of payments.
- Degree/Diploma Real Estate / Building / Project / Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
