Our client is a from Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West-North.Duties: Responsible in assisting in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you. Responsible in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc. Responsible in investigating, checking and analysing reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. Responsible in supervising contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.Requirements: Min Degree in Facilities Management or any related field Min three years' experience in facilities management operations or any relevant experience.
