Oversee, source, manage and ensure timely renewal of services contracts / agreements / license e.g. CCTV, Security Guards Service, pest control, landscaping, lift, water tank, KTC Logo Advertisement, dormitories and etc.
To act as building liaison with regulatory authorities, handle and ensure overall compliance with regulatory requirements such as Workplace Safety and Health Act, Building & Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) etc.
To manage the internal office layout and the procurement of office furniture & fittings
Investigate, check and analyze breakdowns and faults
Monitor, check and supervise the staff of service provider assigned on site including attendance, discipline and overall compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform manual hands on repair / replacement work for less risk work
Manage in-house cleaners and laundry workers
Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to access risk and adherence to the law
Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

Responsible for premises upkeep in Pandan, Defu and Sungei Kadut (including dormitory)
Diploma in Facilitiies Management or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Basic Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
Preferable candidate with driving license
