Senior Facilities Manager ($4500 $7500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead sustainability strategy for organization and clients.
- Manage utilities (energy, electricity, water, waste, etc) benchmarking, analyze, identify opportunity and propose improvement for project sites.
- Co-lead company sustainability drive including as a member of sustainability task force.
- Review common sustainability processes across project sites to unify the quality standard.
- Monitor key indicators for sustainability performance for project sites and initiate improvement where needed.
- Drive, promote and coordinate FM sustainability initiatives impacting ESG in facility management practices.
- Promote digitization and technology adoption in sustainability practices.
- Initiate energy saving solutions for smart buildings in supporting clients\' sustainability and net zero goal.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in facilities operating / engineering, including experience with infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
