Oversee and maintain Manufacturing Plant Facilities to achieve overall efficacyThe Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with 50 Years APAC Prescence Manufacturing LeaderThe Job:

• Oversee all building-related activities, ensuring infrastructure is safe, in good condition, and functioning well.
• Manage outsource providers and handle third-party contract negotiations for all facilities-related matters.
• Inspect building structures to identify repair or renovation needs and lead energy management initiatives.
• Conduct risk and reliability evaluations and develop key performance indicators for facilities control and tracking.
• Develop and track department operating and capital budgets, as well as facilities policies and procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor all maintenance-related shutdown activities, ensuring compliance with code and environmental requirements.
• Support construction projects and supervise facilities staff and external contractors.
• Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
• Review utility consumption and implement measures to minimize costs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage key performance indicators for efficient facilities operation.

The Talent:

• Degree in engineering discipline or any technical discipline
• 8 - 10 years of facilities management working experience in managerial position
• Only Singaporeans.
