Job Description
The Senior Facility Technician is responsible for ensuring efficient and continual operation of the medical device manufacturing spaces.The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Working Location: East
- Work hours: 5 days Mon to Fri Afternoon to Night
- $4500 - $5500 Basic + AWS + VB + OT
- Assign scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance tasks to facilities Technicians, supervising and ensuring execution.
- Lead minor facilities projects, managing contractors, vendors, and consultants to develop plans and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively, proposing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Analyze predictive inspection data with engineers to plan preventive maintenance actions and prevent system breakdowns.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or engineering discipline
- 5 - 7 years of facility management and maintenance experience in Medical, Semiconductor, Cleanroom
