We are an established F&B group operating multiple concepts across Singapore. As we continue expanding, we are looking for an experienced

Senior F&B Operations Manager

to oversee outlet performance, lead operational improvements, and support upcoming store launches.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets (service, staffing, quality control). Lead and mentor Outlet Managers and Supervisors to drive performance. Manage manpower planning, scheduling, training, and service standards. Implement SOPs and operational improvements across stores. Monitor outlet KPIs, cost controls, inventory systems, and compliance standards. Work closely with Area Managers and HQ Operations team on initiatives and new store openings. Resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain smooth service environments. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of F&B experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Solid understanding of manpower planning, service operations, and daily F&B workflows. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems effectively. Good grasp of inventory management, cost controls, and outlet-level P&L. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
