First 6 months will be handling conso admin Location: Gul Road Working Hours: Monday- Thursday, 7.30am- 5.30pm and Friday, 7.30am- 4.30pm Company transport: 6.45am Jurong East/ 7.00am Boon Lay Second 6 months will be handling finance scope Location: Benoi Road Working Hours: Monday- Thursday, 8.00am- 6.00pom and Friday, 8.00am- 5.00pm Company transport: 7.15am Jurong East/ 7.30am Boon Lay Principal Accountabilities: 1) Able to handle a full set of accounts: . Month-End Closing . Account Receivable . GST . Tax . Annual Audit 2) To perform the following functions :- A) Financial Management, Controlling & Reporting: . Responsible for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to the Group. . Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for effective business decision support. . Forecast cash flow. B. Operational Finance & Accounting: . Liaise with operations and Shared Service Center. . Liaise with customers for payment . Upload invoices to intercompany e-portal and tracking on the status . Perform annual stock count. . Perform annual fixed asset count. . Preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. . Liaise with external auditors in preparation for and during annual audit. C) Risk Management, Governance & Control: . Ensure that effective management and internal controls are in place. . Responsibility for compliance reporting and ensuring that significant risks are highlighted, assessed and responded to, in a timely manner (i.e. audit, bank reporting, Enterprise Risk Management, Control Self-Assessment, e-Tender, Group Internal Audit, Third Party Associates etc.) . Maintain strong internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with Group and Company's accounting and reporting requirements. .
