Manage and oversee daily operations of the department.
Set goals and objectives for the department and ensure they are met.
Supervise and motivate department staff, resolve conflicts and performance issues as needed
To review monthly financial/management reports and other ad-hoc papers for presentation to the Management.
To review group consolidation results for presentation to Management.
To undertake group treasury functions and monitoring group cash-flow positions.
To review the tax position of the Company and of the group as a whole.
To prepare profit projections, cash flow projections and other data/information required for any new projects or ad-hoc projects undertaken by the Company.
Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and the respective government authorities where required.
To liaise with department heads pertaining to all costs and financial matters.
To ensure timely reporting of monthly / quarterly / periodic reports on cost-findings to management.
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
