APAC Vision Deliver manages approximately USD $50+ million cost in SG&A (customer service, warehousing, transportation) and COGS (inbound freight, transportation, repack/relabeling). Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst in the Asia Pacific Vision Deliver Finance organization. This position will be located in Singapore. The APAC Vision Deliver Senior Analyst will provide business partnering and project support to Vision Deliver. This position will also support enterprise finance and other critical enterprise projects as and when required. They will be involved in such activities as planning and forecasting, business unit and regional consolidation, regional and global reporting, and represent Deliver in enterprise Signifi journey. The role provides opportunities to directly interact with APAC Vision Deliver Leadership and Regional/Global Finance teams, alongside opportunities to drive financial efficiency and excellence. The candidate must demonstrate solid technical skills coupled with strong business partnering. This individual shall be an effective communicator, efficient and reliable with high level of attention to detail, and eager to grow professionally. Ability to deliver results and having a continuous learning mindset will be vital to success in this role. Role and Responsibilities Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and standardization activities for APAC Vision Deliver compliance related activities for APAC MedTech Deliver, including but not limited to the following: FP&A / Compliance

  • Accurately complete regular monthly, quarterly actuals and planning cycles reporting
  • Aid in framing message and presentations to Global and Regional Finance
  • Partner closely with other Finance Domains, Global Finance and other stakeholders, including across functions
  • Support compliance and financial reporting activities in the clusters in collaboration with stakeholders (Commercial Finance, GS, Deliver operation) in the clusters
Business Partnering
  • Understand and take business partners through actual performance against plans, be proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, and discuss recommendations
  • Build trust with stakeholders, frame complex problems and present alternative solutions
  • Provide routine and ad-hoc analyses and reporting to leadership, alongside commentary that succinctly explains business performance
Standardization / Capability Build
  • Support Anaplan UAT in enterprise Signifi journey
  • Shape and drive simplification and standardization of reporting across clusters (North Asia, China, ANZ, India, SEA) and franchises (Vision Care, Surgical Vision, CEH)
  • Drive Global standards / automation tools adoption
  • Champion continuous process improvements and best practice sharing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3years of related finance experience, working in a large finance organization in varied businesses conditions
  • Preferred Qualifications: Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA or other financial certification
  • Multi-country and Multi-sector experience preferred
  • Experience in working with financial planning and analysis platforms (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion)
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP (FI/CO modules are a requirement but MM/SD/PP etc. are good to have)
  • Knowledge in advanced analytics and ETL tools like Alteryx is good to have
  • Proven track record in analyses and problem solving, excellent attention to details, strong initiative to follow through on directives
  • Able to plan and prioritize responsibilities with a high degree of independence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization, and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrate honesty and ethical behavior in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for J&J Credo values
  • Prior understanding on J&J\xe2\x80\x99s structure will be a plus but not necessary
