Learn more at .Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Regional Vision Finance FP&A team located in Singapore.As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting our forecasting, planning, and analysis activities. You will have the chance to work closely with senior leaders, local and regional Finance Teams, and contribute valuable financial insights to guide decision-making and drive business growth.Job Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis for decision support to business partners
• Prepare investor relations commentary
• Contribute to ongoing finance function improvement projects
• Optimize reports, analytics, and business support processes
• Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics
• Review quarterly reports with business partners
• Identify Risks and Opportunities for strategic decision-making
• Perform ad hoc reporting & performance analytics
• Lead planning templates revamp/enhancement
• Ensure P&L/Balance Sheet and Headcount plans are updated correctly
• Conduct complex financial, accounting, and planning analysis
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Support ad hoc requests/projects
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

QualificationsJob Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of general finance/accounting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated honesty and ethical behavior
