* Industry/ Organization Type: Real Estate (Logistics) * Position Title: Senior Finance Executive * Working Location: Downtown (Nearby the MRT) * Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Industry/ Organization Type: Real Estate (Logistics) Position Title: Senior Finance Executive Working Location: Downtown (Nearby the MRT) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM/9 AM-6 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Handles all GL entries & assists with GAAP & consolidation adjustments entries Handles all intercompany loans, interest on intercompany loan calculations & advances Handles all interest on third-party loan calculations Responsible for loans reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, preparations of accounting & tax schedules for monthly closing Assist with the preparation of all funds transfers & payments that are not thru' AP Assist with quarter-end & year-end reporting package Assist with audit & XBRLs & tax compliance matters as required Assist with the KYC process for the treasury Preliminary TB analysis Assist with GST filing Participates in ad-hoc projects as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
